Your data, your system, your call

When I go inside your quote-to-close process, I touch as little as possible, keep only what the work needs, and hand everything back. Here's exactly how that works.

Read-only to start

During a Leak Audit I look; I don't change anything in your live systems without your written OK. The diagnosis is done by reading your quote and bid data — not by touching how you run today.

Least-privilege credentials

I use the smallest amount of access that gets the job done — ideally your existing system with read-only rights — and I never store passwords in plain text. Access is revoked the day the work ends. I'll work inside your security process, not around it, and I'll sign your NDA.

What I keep, and for how long

I keep only the quote and bid data the work actually needs, on access-controlled storage. I delete it on your request, or within 60 days of the engagement ending — whichever comes first, and you can ask for a shorter window.

Confidentiality

Your numbers are yours. I don't share client data, and nothing about your business goes into anyone else's work. If a result ever becomes a case study, it only happens with your written consent and your approval of every number and word before it's published.

You own everything

The system, the documentation, the automations, and the data live on tools you own. There's no Elevare platform to log into and nothing to keep renewing to keep the lights on. When we're done, it's all yours — nothing walks out the door with me.

Questions about access or security before we start? Email sales@elevaregrowth.ai — I'm happy to walk your IT person through it.
