Founder of Elevare

Josh DeLucia

Josh DeLucia is the founder of Elevare, an Indianapolis company that builds the intelligence layer inside established businesses — the connected foundation of company knowledge, systems, and outside signals that lets people and any AI work from the same picture — and then runs it.

What Josh is building

Most companies don't have an AI problem.

Most companies don't have an AI problem. They have a company that can't remember. The knowledge that runs the business — why the last pricing decision was made, what the best customers have in common, how a job actually gets estimated — sits in scattered systems and in a few people's heads, and no tool can reach it.

Elevare builds the layer that connects it. Company intelligence: one trusted memory of the business, drawn from documents, email, CRM records, and meetings, permissioned to match the org chart and readable by whatever AI the team already uses. On top of that sit commercial and territory intelligence for the people who sell, custom internal applications built around how the company actually works, and AI agents placed inside real processes, with a person where a person belongs.

The through-line is deployment, not demonstration. Elevare builds working systems in the client's environment, on their accounts, and keeps them accurate as the business changes. That is the opposite of AI theater.
Background

A career spent reading the whole company.

Josh's background is in enterprise technology and go-to-market: enterprise sales, revenue systems, and complex business environments, working with organizations from early-stage to large enterprise. The common thread is reading the whole organization rather than one department, and turning technology into outcomes a business can actually use.

That vantage point is where Elevare comes from. Before it, he watched a growing company hire five vendors — a web firm, a CRM consultant, an agency, an automation shop, an AI expert — and each do competent work on its own slice while nobody connected what the company already knew. The fix was never a sixth vendor. It was the layer underneath the first five.
Current work

What he is focused on now.

Today Josh's work centers on the intelligence layer itself — the company intelligence and AI operating architecture that everything else sits on — and on putting it to work first where it pays back fastest, which is usually growth and sales. That includes the Sales Intelligence Platform, a continuously maintained map of the market a team sells into, joined to what the company already knows, and Elevare Command, the operating layer Elevare runs its own work on.

He also writes. The Intelligence Estate is his first-person series on institutional memory, why AI forgets, and the systems worth building on top of it — the thesis the company is built on.

The Intelligence Estate is a weekly, first-person series on knowledge systems, AI memory, and the tools built on top of them. A few of the pieces:

Connect.

Josh writes and posts under his own name. LinkedIn is where most of the conversation happens; the video work is newer.
Most AI programs start with a tool. Elevare starts with the company.
