How an engagement runs

Assess. Blueprint. Build. Run.

Four stages, each with a named deliverable and a stated commercial term. Nothing is a black box, and nothing runs on a retainer for motion.

Why it is staged

You diagnose before you prescribe.

A company that skips straight to a build is guessing at what to build. Assess names the constraint and the first workstream in writing. Blueprint turns that into an architecture. Build ships it in stages. Run keeps it accurate as the business changes. Each stage is priced and delivered before the next one starts, so you decide whether to continue with information instead of momentum.
The four stages

What happens in each step, and what it costs.

01 · Assess

Assess

We map the company: what it knows, where that knowledge lives, what systems it runs on, how the work actually flows, what AI is already in use, and where the six lenses show a constraint. It is a read of the business, not a technology audit.

What you get: a written, ranked Assessment naming the highest-value first workstream, plus what would have to be true to build it. It is useful whether or not you build anything with us. The first page is always the Company Map: what the company does, what matters now, which system owns which truth, and the rules any person or AI should follow.

Commercial: fixed scope, priced before we begin. Starts at $5,000. Company-wide, or scoped to revenue.

02 · Blueprint

Blueprint

We design the layer: what connects to what, where memory lives, who can see what, which model does which job, which workflows and applications come first, and what stays out of scope.

What you get: the Blueprint, an architecture and a build sequence, in language your IT people and your leadership can both read. It is yours to keep, and yours to build with us or without us.

Commercial: fixed scope, quoted from the Assessment.

03 · Build

Build

We implement in stages, and every stage produces something people can use. Integrations, the intelligence layer, agents, applications. It runs in your environment, on your accounts, with your credentials.

What you get: working systems, and the people who use them trained on what changed.

Commercial: scoped to a defined outcome. Never a retainer for motion.

04 · Run

Run

Businesses change. New systems, new people, new sources, better models, work that moves. We keep the layer accurate so it compounds instead of going stale, and we keep a person accountable for what it recommends. One person's correction on Tuesday is the whole company's starting point on Wednesday, with the source attached.

What you get: a layer that is worth more in year two than year one.

Commercial: ongoing, reviewed quarterly, cancelable.

What we need from you

Access, one owner, and time from the people who know things.

Access to the systems and documents in scope. One internal owner who can make decisions and unblock questions. And time from the people who actually do the work, since the knowledge worth capturing usually lives with them, not in a system. That is the whole list.

If you stop after the Assessment

The Assessment and the Blueprint are yours either way.

The written Assessment names a first workstream whether or not you build anything with us. The Blueprint, if you commission one, is an architecture and a build sequence you can hand to any team. Neither one requires you to continue with Elevare to be useful.
Common questions

What people ask about how this runs.

How long does the Assessment take?
It's scoped and scheduled before we begin, so you know the timeline going in rather than finding out as you go.
Do we need to buy all four steps?
No. Each step stands on its own, and each one produces something you can use or walk away with.
What if we already have an IT partner?
We work alongside them. The Blueprint is written in language your IT people and your leadership can both read, and Build runs on your accounts, with your credentials.
Can we stop after the Blueprint?
Yes. It is yours to keep, and yours to build with us or without us.
